Delete your PDF NOVA account

1. Open PDF NOVA and tap the profile button at the top of the screen.
2. Go to Security → Delete account.
3. Read the summary, then confirm by signing in again (password, Google or Microsoft).

The account and its server data are deleted immediately.

If you no longer have the app, email contact@pdf-nova.com from the address of your account, with the subject “Delete my PDF NOVA account”. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

• Your PDF NOVA account (email address, name, sign-in methods and user ID, held by Firebase Authentication).
• Your Pro status record and the Google Play purchase token linked to the account.
• Your synced app preferences.
• All your Vault Sync vaults, devices and encrypted documents on our server.
• On the device you delete from: the sign-in session, Vault Sync keys and every connected cloud drive.

• Documents on your phone. They are never deleted by account deletion. Remove them in the app or uninstall it (or use Android Settings → Apps → PDF NOVA → Storage → Clear storage).
• Subscriptions. Deleting the account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
• Files in your own cloud drives (Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox) stay in those drives.
• Records Google keeps about your purchases, and short-lived server logs, are removed on their normal schedule (see the Privacy Policy).

• Vault Sync only: in Settings → Vault Sync choose Delete vault from server; your account stays.
• Documents and saved signatures: delete them one by one in the app.
• Ad data: change your choice in Settings → Ad privacy choices, or reset your advertising ID in Android settings.
